I work...
Based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, I can work with anyone, from anywhere in the world, by telephone or video calls.

I also see clients face to face and travel as necessary, to deliver coaching programmes to businesses and schools.
​
Individual coaching schedules are modified for each client, but typically include an agreement to work together for a minimum of 3 months. Each month includes a weekly one hour session, with one rest week and as much text or email contact in between as is required.
Who am I?
With a professional background in Marketing and Licensing, I am also a trustee, fundraiser, wife, mother, step-mother and coach. I have worked with people from all walks of life and truly believe that each individual carries within them, all they need to maximise their full potential, they just don’t have the time or the space to work on it.

The noise and pace of everyday life, drowns out our ability to ground ourselves in our core values and reflect upon the goals that will help us to become the very best that we can be, both personally and professionally.

As a coach, I have seen the amazing transformation that can happen when people commit, just one hour a week, to working with a coach to move their lives or businesses forward, in a planned and positive manner.

My clients include single parents getting their lives back on track, head teachers working on their leadership presence, teenagers struggling with self-esteem and businesses establishing a clear vision for the future. I am a graduate of CoachU’s CEP course and a member of the International Coaching Federation
